Step 1
PRIMARY INDUSTRIALIZATION
BIOPROP® is a proppant manufactured from renewable raw material - endocarp of Dendê and Macaúba, a palm tree from the Brazilian Northeast - without harming the environment and with high operational performance.
Step 2
TRANSFORMATION PROCESS
The various stages of the transformation process through which the raw material passes ultimately produce the substance that will become a low-density , ultra-light proppant.
Step 3
FINAL PRODUCT: BIOPROP®
Finally, we have BIOPROP®, designed within highly ecological standards , fully indicated for “sand control”, hydraulic fracturing and Frac-Pack operations.
